Certain officers of 1stdibs.com, Inc. (the "Company") have entered into 10b5-1
trading plans in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act
of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), and the Company's insider trading
policy. No transactions may be executed under the trading plans until the
expiration of lockup agreements executed with the underwriters in connection
with the Company's initial public offering, subject to certain exceptions. The
transactions executed in accordance with the trading plans will be disclosed
publicly through one or more Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange
Commission to the extent the individual is subject to Section 16 reporting
requirements. The Company does not undertake any obligation to report 10b5-1
trading plans that may be adopted by any officers or directors in the future, or
to report any modification or termination of any trading plan, whether or not
the trading plan was publicly announced, except to the extent required by law.
