Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 13 February 2012 that West Register (Investment) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland plc, has exercised a warrant to subscribe for 583,333 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.01 per share with total consideration received of £5,833.33. The warrants were originally issued in 2007 in lieu of banking fees associated with the restructuring of now fully repaid loan agreements at the time of the Betdirect sale.  

Application has been made for the ordinary shares, which rank pari passuwith all existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 17 February 2012. Following the issue of these shares, the Company has 70,513,333 shares in issue.
