7C Solarparken AG (DB:HRPK) signed a purchase agreement to acquire 9 MWp portfolio of operating rooftop farms across Saxony Anhalt and Brandenburg from SunX GmbH on April 12, 2018. The IPP portfolio of 7C Solarparken now increases to 132 MWp. The transaction is still subject to the usual administrative conditions precedent.
