Sale of Shares by Board Members

18 March 2022, Singapore

8VI Holdings Limited ("8VI" or the "Group") refers to the following Appendixes 3Y regarding the sale of 8VI shares by three of its board members; Clive Tan, Ken Chee and Pauline Teo ("8VI Board Members").

The 8VI Board Members have sold a total of 800,000 shares in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests ("CDI") off-market for a consideration of S$2.50 per CDI today. The sale of the CDIs has been undertaken to fund tax payments relating to the exercise of the 8VI Board Members' vested performance rights.

The breakdown of the sale by the individual 8VI Board member is as follows and detailed in the respective Appendix 3Y following the end of this announcement:

Clive Tan, Non-Executive Chairman - 200,000 CDIs

Ken Chee, Executive Director & CEO - 400,000 CDIs Pauline Teo, Executive Director - 200,000 CDIs

The 8VI Board Members maintain significant interests in the Group's securities through their CDI holdings, unvested performance rights and options.
