A.I.S. Resources Limited is a Canada-based company, which is focused on natural resource opportunities, by acquiring early-stage projects. Its projects include the St. John Gold Project, Victorian Gold Projects - The Golden Triangle, Fosterville-Toolleen Gold Project, Bright Gold Project, Kingston Gold Project, and Candela II Project. The St. John Gold Project is a district-scale Iron Oxide Copper-Gold exploration located approximately 20 kilometers (km) west of Saint John, New Brunswick, which covers 101 square kilometers and has returned high-grade surface samples containing copper, gold, silver, and antimony. The Fosterville-Toolleen Project, located over 12 km from the Fosterville Mine, targets mineralization along the same structural corridor of Australia's yielding gold deposits. Candela II Project is located on the Incahuasi Salar in Salta Province, Argentina. It is also in option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Pocologan project. It holds 4% interest in Buda Juice.
