NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST
A & J MUCKLOW GROUP PLC (the "Company") - the delisting of debenture stock from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on the London Stock Exchange
A & J MUCKLOW GROUP PLC hereby announces that the £4,203,594 11.5 per cent. First Mortgage Debenture Stock is hereby removed from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and that trading has been cancelled on the London Stock Exchange, effective as at the date and time of this notice.
The Stock is being delisted following it being repaid in full on 1 July 2014.
