A.S. ROMA S.P.A. Romulus and Remus Investments LLC made the offer to acquire remaining 13.198% stake in A.S. Roma S.P.A. (BIT:ASR) for €35.7 million on May 11, 2022. As per the transaction, Romulus made the offer to acquire 83,000,895 shares, representing approximately 13.198% at €0.43 cash per share. Prior to this transaction, Romulus and Remus owned directly and indirectly 86.8% of the share capital of A.S. Roma.
Post completion, A.S. Roma S.P.A. will be delisted. Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) has approved the transaction. The board of directors of A.S. Roma S.P.A have approved the transaction.
The offer began on June 13, 2022 and will end on July 22, 2022, as further extended.
