Election of Director

On July 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of AAR CORP. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing that it had appointed Robert F. Leduc to the Company's Board of Directors effective July 13, 2020. At the time of the report, the Company's Board had not yet determined which committees Mr. Leduc would serve as a member. Effective October 7, 2020, the Company's Board of Directors appointed director Robert F. Leduc to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
