AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, announces it was notified on 8 March 2019 that Rob Hart, a Director of the Company, sold 25,696 ordinary shares on 7 March 2019 at a price of 1777.33 pence per share, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Hart remains interested in 30,000 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.

ABD is a leading designer, manufacturer and provider of advanced testing and measurement products for vehicle suspension, brakes and steering to the global automotive research and development sector. The Group was founded in 1982 and listed on AIM in May 2013. ABD is headquartered in Bradford-on-Avon employing approximately 180 staff.
