Regarding the approval of the key financial performance indicators for AB Klaipėdos nafta for the period of 2022-2024

AB Klaipėdos nafta (hereinafter – the Company) hereby informs that the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 18 May 2022 adopted the resolution No. 509 “Regarding the approval of the key financial performance indicators for state-owned enterprises for the period of 2022-2024”, which establishes the following performance indicators for the Company:

* EBITDA less adjustment (temporary regulatory differences, temporary fluctuations in the fair value of financial derivatives, results from disposal or revaluation of non-current assets, compensations received for previous periods, other non-typical corrections).

Company Profile

Klaipedos Nafta AB is a Lithuania-based company involved in the export and import of oil products and crude oil. The Companyâs activities include transhipment of crude oil and oil products, unloads crude oil and oil products from tankers into railway cars, temporary storage of crude oil and oil products, determination of quality parameters of oil product, injects chemical additives into oil products, accepts oily water from ships, supply of fuel and water to ships and provides moors tankers. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Lithuanian Ministry of Energy with a stake of 70.63%. On December 17, 2012, the Company registered its new subsidiary, LitGas, which specializes in the distribution of gas.
