Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB announced a private placement of 2,000,000 new shares at a price of SEK 246 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 492,000,000 on December 7, 2021. The transaction included participation from AB Sagax (publ), Bell Rock Capital, LLC, Clearance Capital Limited, AP Fonden 4, and other investors. Post closing of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from €420,000 (SEK 4,306,780.80) to €440,000 (SEK 4,511,865.60) and the number of shares will increase from 42,000,000 to 44,000,000 shares.

The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of 90 days.
