For the second quarter, the company announced negative total revenue was PHP 466,577 compared to PHP 6.392 million a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 25.198 million compared to PHP 23.647 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 12.024 million compared to net loss of PHP 22.427 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0029 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.0081 a year ago. For the half year, negative total revenue was PHP 355,542 compared to PHP 5.349 million a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 37.994 million compared to PHP 31.918 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 86.819 million compared to net loss of PHP 19.907 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0206 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.0072 a year ago.

The Company operates through three segments: holding company, real estate business and financial services. The holding company segment is primarily engaged in purchasing, owning, holding, transferring, or disposing of real property of every kind and description, including shares of stocks and other securities, contracts or obligations of any corporation or association. The real estate segment includes purchases of land for appreciation. The financial services segment is involved in the accumulation of deposits and extension of rural credits to small farmers and tenants and to deserving rural industries or enterprises. The Company holds 102 gold mining claims in Agusan del Sur and Surigao del Sur and seven coal blocks, each containing 1,000 hectares, located in Surigao del Sur.
