News article 22 January 2021 ABN AMRO &

On 8 January it was announced that, for safety reasons, allseal bag machineswould be temporarily closed. Alternatives for depositing cash were offered in the article announcing the closures.

The machines now reopening will be permanently guarded during opening hours and emptied every day. This will give business owners additional alternatives for depositing cash. In the meantime, we are working together with Geldmaat on a more permanent solution so that more seal bag machines can be used safely.

Clients who want to make use of this option may only use seal bags that have not reached the expiry date stated on the seal bag. In addition, for safety reasons, business owners must identify themselves to the guard at the machine by presenting a valid identification document. The 40 machines will be open from Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. Locations of the reopened seal bag machines are provided on the Geldmaat websitehttps://www.locatiewijzer.geldmaat.nl/.
