Compass Capital made a mandatory tender offer to acquire Alexandria National Company For Financial Investment SAE from El Kahera El Watania Investment, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt S.A.E. and others for EGP 29.8 million.

Compass Capital made a mandatory tender offer to acquire Alexandria National Company For Financial Investment SAE (CASE:ANFI) from El Kahera El Watania Investment (CASE:KWIN), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt S.A.E. (CASE:ADIB) and others for EGP 29.8 million on June 20, 2021. As on July 5, 2021, the bid price was increased to EGP 6.12. In a related transaction, Alexandria National has received offers from Zeta Investment, Wise Financial Advisors, Tycoon Holding, Kayan Sustainable Development and Zaldi Capital.

The transaction is subject to approval from Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). As of July 8, 2021, Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority approved acquisition. Al Tamimi & Company acted as a legal adviser to Compass Capital.
