Tarek El-Molla has appointed Abed Ezz El Regal as the new Managing Director of Abu Qir Fertilizers to replace Saad Ibrahim Abu Al Maati Hassan. El Regal was the former Chairman of Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), according to a recent statement.
