AcadeMedia AB (publ) (OM:ACAD) entered into an agreement to acquire Sandviks AS from Bay Capital AS for NOK 88 million on January 25, 2022. The acquisition does not include Sandviks' business in USA. Sandviks AS' Swedish and Norwegian business had a turnover in 2021 of approximately NOK 100 million and an EBIT of approximately NOK 14 million.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of the 2021/22 fiscal year.
