Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 5, 2021, Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (the "Company") announced
that Debbie Osteen, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, will
retire as Chief Executive Officer.  It is anticipated that Ms. Osteen's
retirement will be effective on January 31, 2022. Following her retirement as
Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Osteen will continue to serve on the Company's
Board of Directors.
