2021 ANNUAL REPORT AND CONVOCATION FOR GENERAL MEETING PUBLISHED TODAY

ACCELL GROUP INTENDS TO RE-APPOINT TON ANBEEK (CEO) AND RUBEN BALDEW (CFO)

HEERENVEEN (THE NETHERLANDS), 8 MARCH 2022 - Accell Group N.V. the leading European bicycle company with well-known brands such as Haibike, Koga, Batavus and Raleigh, announces that the Supervisory Board intends to re-appoint Mr. Ton Anbeek (CEO) and Mr. Ruben Baldew (CFO) as members of the Board of Management for a second term of four years after the General Meeting to be held on 20 April 2022. In addition, the Supervisory Board nominates Ms. Daniëlle Jansen Heijtmajer and Mr. Gert van der Weerdhof to the General Meeting for re-appointment as members of the Supervisory Board for a second term of four years.

ANNUAL REPORT AND CONVOCATION OF GENERAL MEETING

Accell Group published its 2021 annual report today. The online report can be viewed via a link on the corporate website (www.accell-group.com). A PDF-version of the annual report can also be downloaded.

Furthermore, the convocation for the General Meeting has been published today on the corporate website in the section Corporate Governance (www.accell-group.com/corporate-governance). The agenda for the General Meeting, the accompanying explanatory notes and additional meeting documents, as well as the instructions on how to register and vote can also be found here.

The General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 April 2022 at 14.00 hrs. (CET). Shareholders can attend the meeting either virtually (the link for participation will be provided after registration) or physically at De Fietser, Accell's Experience Center (Akulaan 2) in Ede, the Netherlands.
