ACCELL GROUP PUBLISHES ANNUAL REPORT 2019 AND CONVOCATION AGM

HEERENVEEN (THE NETHERLANDS), 10 MARCH 2020 -Today, Accell Group N.V. ("Accell Group") has published the website with its Annual Report 2019, as announced on 6 March. This website can be viewed via a link on the corporate website (www.accell-group.com). A PDF-version of the Annual Report can also be downloaded.

The convocation for the Annual General Meeting (AGM; 22 April 2020 at 14:00 hrs CET at "Experience Center De Fietser" on Akulaan 2 in Ede) has also been published today on www.accell-group.com,in the section "Corporate Governance". The agenda for the AGM 2020, the accompanying explanatory notes and other obliged information / documents can also be found here.
