ACCELL GROUP SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF VELOSOPHY

HEERENVEEN (THE NETHERLANDS), 9 AUGUST 2018 - With reference to the press release of 13 July 2018, Accell Group announces today it has successfully increased its minority stake in Velosophy B.V. to 100%. By making this acquisition, Accell Group accelerates its innovation strategy, which is among others focused on the development of urban mobility solutions.

Accell Group received approval from the German market authority and has satisfied all other conditions required to close the transaction. Please refer to thepress release dated 13 July 2018for more details regarding the transaction.
