Accenture announces that it has finalized the acquisition of Camelot Management Consultants, a German management and technology consulting firm focused on value chain management.

Camelot Management Consultants aims to transform its clients' value chains into a competitive advantage.

This acquisition will strengthen Accenture's supply chain capabilities, enabling clients to 'build resilient and intelligent supply chains'.

Founded in 1996, Camelot is a leading SAP partner in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with expertise in data strategy, modernization and analytics.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Due to administrative requirements in India, the acquisition of Camelot's Indian subsidiary will be finalized at a later date.
