Accenture announces the forthcoming acquisition of GemSeek, a company specializing in customer experience analytics.

The idea is to help companies understand their customers through AI-based information, analysis and predictive models.

GemSeek thus helps its customers in several sectors (telecoms, healthcare, consumer goods and financial services...)realize the full potential of their customer experience programs, nurture lasting customer relationships and improve revenues and operational efficiency.

Accenture estimates that the global market for customer experience analytics is set to grow from $9.5 billion in 2022 to $37 billion in 2032.

Headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, GemSeek employs over 170 people in Bulgaria and the UK.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
