Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) agreed to acquire Aox Group GmbH on December 3, 2024. Aox Group's team of more than 50 highly skilled professionals will become part of Accenture?s Industry X engineering team. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.

Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) completed the acquisition of Aox Group GmbH on January 7, 2025. The acquisition enhances Accenture's capabilities to help automotive clients solve challenges they are facing in their transition to software-defined vehicles.
