Nordex SE announced that it expects to receive Ç139.218296 million in funding from Acciona, S.A.

Nordex SE announced a private placement of 16,002,103 new no-par value-bearer shares at an issue price of Ç8.70 per share for gross proceeds of Ç139,218,296 on June 26, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning anchor shareholder Acciona, S.A. The new shares will be entitled to full dividend rights from 1 January 2022. The transaction has been approved by board of directors.
