Accrelist Ltd. Names Mr. Liu Song as Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

The board of directors of Accrelist Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Song as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 8 September 2017. Mr. Liu will also be appointed as a member of the audit committee and a member of the nominating committee.
