Accsys announced that Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Hans Pauli, has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2024. On 16 May 2024 the Company announced that Hans Pauli had been appointed as Interim CFO whilst a search was underway to replace previous CFO, Steven Salo. While the search for a permanent CFO is well underway, the Board believes it would be prudent to appoint Hans as an executive director of the Board, in his capacity as Interim CFO, in order to provide continuity for the business.
