ACI Worldwide : Highlights Real-Time Payments and Request to Pay at EBAday 2021

MIAMI, FL/LONDON, UK-June 23, 2021-ACI Worldwide, a leading global provider of real-time payments and digital payments software solutions, today announced its participation at EBAday 2021, Europe's leading forum about the key trends driving change in the payments industry.

Craig Ramsey, head of real-time payments, banking, ACI Worldwide, will participate in a panel discussion at the virtual event - Instant Payments - a success story yet? The session will take place on June 28 at 15.00-15.40 CEST (9:00 am-9:40 am ET). The panelists will discuss ways in which real-time payments can improve competitiveness, what is still missing to increase their uptake and how they are being positioned in Europe, North America and beyond - as the new normal or as a premium service.

As part of EBAday 2021, ACI is also participating in an ideation contest for Request to Pay end-user solutions. ACI's Somya Patnaik, principal product manager, real-time and digital payments, and Amelia Ruiz Heras, manager of solution consulting, will present a bill payment use case enabling Request to Pay for government tax collections, which can be integrated into the proposed EU Digital Wallet.

The Request to Pay presentation will be shown online on June 28 in an EBA CLEARING Community Session where audience members will determine contest winners.
