migme Limited (previously Latin Gold Limited) ("migme") is pleased to advise that it has achieved a significant operational milestone and has strengthened its management team with the appointment of two key executives.
Monthly Active Users now exceed 5 million
migme will begin trading on ASX on 11 August 2014
Successful raising of A$8 million pursuant to a placement of 40,000,000 shares to Big Build Enterprises Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of FIH Mobile Limited which is part of the Foxconn Technology Group.
Mr Gene Yu has been appointed Vice President of Corporate Development and will be based in Taiwan. Mr Yu was formerly Director of Business Development at Perx Technologies, worked in business development with Palantir Technologies Inc. and was a member of the Special Forces, US Army. Mr Yu has a BSc Computer Science from West Point (United States Military Academy).
Ms Mei Lin Ng has been appointed as Vice President of Marketing. Mei Lin is a cofounder of mig33 and returns after working for a number of other digital companies, including King Digital Entertainment Plc. Prior to cofounding mig33, Mei Lin was the Marketing Manager for Sanford Limited. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with Honours.
