ACNB BANK NAMES NEW COMMUNITY BANKING MANAGERS

FOR HANOVER AND LITTLESTOWN OFFICES

GETTYSBURG, PA, February 3, 2022 --- Barbara A. Morrison-Ritenour and Zinnia Mayo have been named as the new Community Banking Manager for ACNB Bank offices located in Hanover and Littlestown, PA. In the role of Community Banking Manager, they are responsible for welcoming current and prospective customers, fulfilling customers' needs for banking products and services, building relationships within the local community, and managing the office staff.

Ms. Morrison-Ritenour is the new Community Banking Manager for the Bank's North Hanover Office, located at 1127 Eichelberger Street, and South Hanover Office, located at 1801 Baltimore Pike, both in Hanover, York County, PA. She joined ACNB Bank in 2020 as Community Banking Manager for the Littlestown Office located in Adams County, PA,

and has 24 years of banking experience with 16 years dedicated to branch management. Originally from Concord, NC, Ms. Morrison-Ritenour graduated from West Carteret High School in Morehead City, NC. She and her husband, Robert Ritenour, Jr., reside in Hanover, PA, with their two children, Hannah and Braylan.

Ms. Mayo joined ACNB Bank as the new Community Banking Manager for the Bank's Littlestown Office located at 444 West King Street, Littlestown, PA. She has five years of retail banking experience. Ms. Mayo was born in Panchkula, India, and graduated from Carmel Convent School in Chandigarh, India. In 2016, she earned an Associate in Arts in

accounting from Howard Community College in Columbia, MD. Ms. Mayo resides in Westminster, MD, with her husband, Cory, and their daughter, Mila.
