Notice Regarding the Cancellation of Treasury Shares
ACOM CO., LTD. ("ACOM") announces that the Board of Directors Meeting, held on May 20 2021, resolved to cancel treasury shares pursuant to Article 178 of the Companies Act of Japan, as stated below.
Reason for the cancellation
ACOM has decided to cancel its treasury shares for the purpose of improving tradable share ratio and eliminating concerns about dilution of shares in preparation for the transition to the new market structure at Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
