ACOM CO., LTD. announces that the Board of Directors Meeting, held on May 20, 2021, resolved to execute following changes in personnel.

The proposal on appointment of a new director and Directors Serving as Members of Audit Supervisory Committee will be submitted at the 44th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 23, 2021, and Appointment of managing directors shall be resolved at the Board of Directors Meeting to be held after Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
