5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)This is an announcement about the measures to rectify lending in breach
of limits on behalf of the subsidiary according to Official Letter
Jin-Guan-Zheng-Shen-Tzu No. 1100364510 from the Financial Supervisory
Commission.
(2)According to the official letter, TIDDY COMPANY LIMITED ("TIDDY")'s
lending of HK$5,000 thousand to Advanced-Connectek Inc.
 ("Advanced-Connectek") as of the end of August 2021 breached a
subsidiary's limit of total loans to others and limit of loans to a single
entity specified in the Operational Procedures of Lending from Subsidiaries.
6.Countermeasures:
The board of directors of TIDDY has approved the claim as a creditor
against Advanced-Connectek on June 30, 2022. Acon-holding Inc. also reported
the implementation situation at the annual general shareholders' meeting.
TIDDY's rectification plans for lending in breach of limits was
executed completely.
