The Company's operations include cultivating cannabis plants, manufacturing branded consumer products, distributing cannabis flower and manufactured products, and retailing dosable cannabis products to consumers. The Company's brands include The Botanist, Superflux, Prime Medical Wellness and Tweed. The Company also owns and operates contractual relationships with cannabis cultivation facilities, dispensaries and other cannabis-related companies in the United States. It owns and operates eight cultivation/manufacturing or processing facilities in eight states. The Company also owns Universal Hemp, LLC, which is a hemp subsidiary that distributes, markets and sells cannabidiol (CBD) products throughout the United States.
