Acrel Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300286) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 100 worth of its Class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 20 per share. The repurchases will be funded using the company's own funds. The shares repurchased will be used to implement employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans. The repurchase program will be valid for 12 months.

The Company's main products include power monitoring systems and products, power management systems and products, electrical safety systems and products and power sensors.
