Acrysil Ltd Recommends Dividend for the Year Ended on March 31, 2016; Announces Board Changes; to Establish Subsidiary Company in USA

Acrysil Ltd. announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 23, 2016, approved the dividend of 50% on equity shares of INR 10 for the year ended on March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the members at ensuing annual general meeting.
The board also approved the appointment of Mrs. Sonal Ambani as an independent director (women director) of the company with effect from May 23, 2016. Mrs. Shetal C. Parekh and Mr. Shyam H. Mariwala resigned from directorship of the company.
The board also approved incorporation of subsidiary company in USA.
Carysil Limited (Carysil) is an India-based company. The Company engaged in the manufacturing and trading of quartz kitchen sinks, stainless steel kitchen sinks, faucets, food waste disposer units, bath products, tiles, kitchen appliances and accessories, such as hobs, cooktops, ovens, wine chillers and dishwashers. The Company operates under the brand name CARYSIL. The Company provides a range of bathrooms and kitchens products. Its brands include Sternhagen and Carysil.
