For the purpose established in section 82 of Law 24/1988, of 23 October 2015, regulating the Spanish Stock Market, and supplementary provisions, and following on from the Significant Events of 26 September 2016 (registry number 243082) I hereby disclose to you the following Significant Event:

That, once the relevant authorizations have been obtained, ACS Construcción and Services S.A., through its subsidiary ACS Servicios y Concesiones S.L., has proceeded to execute the sale of its total interest in URBASER S.A. to Firion Investments S.L.U, a company controlled by a Chinese group, having signed today, the corresponding public deed of transfer of shares.
