ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, S.A. reported unaudited group earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2017. For the year, the company’s sales were EUR 34.89 billion compared to EUR 31.975 billion 9% higher than the previous year or 10.7% in like-for-like terms, and that is taking into account the impact of exchange rate as this growth is due mostly to growth in construction, particularly the Pemex sales figures. EBITDA was EUR 2.279 billion compared to EUR 2.023 billion 12.6% higher than the previous year, 13.9% in like-for-like terms. EBIT was EUR 1.62 billion compared to EUR 1.445 million which is up 12.5% in the year or 14.2% like-for-like terms. Net profit, net attributable profit was EUR 802 million compared to EUR 751 million which is 6.8% higher than that of 2016 and 17% in like-for-like terms, taking into account the impact of foreign exchange and subtracting the Urbaser contribution the previous year. Earnings per share were EUR 2.57 compared to EUR 2.44 for the same period a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 1.44 billion compared to EUR 1.314 billion for the same period a year ago. Profit before tax of continue operation was EUR 1.417 billion compared to EUR 1.002 billion for the same period a year ago. Net FFO was EUR 1.49 billion, which is 42% more than the previous year. Cash flow generated purely by the businesses, have increased by 23% up to EUR 2.35 billion. Net debt was EUR 153 million at the end of the year. Cash flow after financial expenses and CapEx have risen up to EUR 1.49 billion compared to EUR 1.045 billion for the same period a year ago, which is 43% more. Consolidated result was EUR 1,087 million compared to EUR 1,017 million a year ago.
