For the purposes specified in Article 228 of the Consolidated Securities Market Act approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of October 23, and supplementary provisions, please be informed of the following Significant Event:

ACS, Construction Activities and Services, S.A., through its subsidiary Concesiones Viarias Chile

S.A. has reached an agreement for the sale of 100% of its stake in the Concessionary Company Ruta del Canal SA, the company that holds the concession contract for the execution, conservation and explotation of the public works "Concession Ruta 5, Puerto Montt - Pargua Section" to the Public Investment Fund Penta Las Americas Infrastructuras Three, with a company value of 142 million euros and a capital gain of approximately 10 million euros.

The execution of the sale is conditioned, as is usual in this type of operations, to the authorizations of the financing entities and the authorization of the Chilean competition authorities. It is expected that the transaction will be completed before the end of this year, once all relevant authorizations have been obtained.
