CVXF Inc entered into a Sale Purchase Agreement to acquire 49% stake in Acwa Power Uzbekistan Project Holding Company Limited from ACWA POWER Company (SASE:2082) on September 14, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on December 31, 2022. Kinstellar advises Silk Road Fund on the acquisition.
