Addtech Electrification, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in German based ABH Stromschienen GmbH ("ABH"). ABH develops, specifies, and delivers power distribution systems for applications for data centers, industry and e-mobility.

ABH very well complements Addtech's existing operations in the Electrification business area and strengthens our position in the German market. "With Addtech's network and resources combined with our knowledge and product portfolio we see many new opportunities in Germany as well as internationally" says ABH's MD, Britta Faber.

Within the Electrification Business Area, we today have positions for rotary- and linear transmission for power and signal. ABH's solutions are fully in line with the ambitious roadmap we have for Electrification. ABH has a turnover of approximately EUR 10 million and has 22 employees.

The closing takes place October 1 and the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
