ZURICH, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Swiss staffing firm Adecco Group expects labour shortages to drive wage inflation in the short to medium term, its finance chief told Reuters on Tuesday.

"The mismatch between supply and demand we see in the labour market is pretty unprecedented. Labour markets are flexible, they come back, they reorientate, but in the short to medium term you can expect to continue to see a candidate and talent scarcity that is likely to drive wage inflation," Coram Williams said in an interview after Adecco posted a 9% increase in third-quarter organic revenue.
