When Natasha was made redundant, she was afraid she would not find career satisfaction again. The Adecco Group was there to help her find a new direction. Natasha joined the Wise Group as a Recruitment advisor.

In her current role, she helps people whose access to sustainable employment is difficult, such as homeless people, people with substance-abuse issues, people who have been through the justice system in the UK or people with disabilities. In other words, people who need help the most to integrate into society and find meaningful work. In Natasha's words, she would like to live in a society "that offers as many opportunities to as many people as possible", and in particular to the most vulnerable. At the Adecco Group, we want to make the future work for everyone.
