PixiePixel: The Big Data reference in the Spanish real estate sector

Created in 2008 by Diego González and Leonardo García, PixiePixel is the benchmark for Big Data companies in the Spanish real estate sector that provides solutions focused on users and clients. The DataVenues digital tool puts Big Data within the reach of real estate professionals to improve decision-making and has been enriched over the years with data from Fotocasa.

"For a number of years, Fotocasa and PixiePixel have been collaborating to create DataVenues, the benchmark valuation tool in the Spanish real estate sector. Thanks to the data provided by Fotocasa, we have achieved a solid and very differentiating tool within the sector. Now with the incorporation of the PixiePixel team in Fotocasa, we will be able to amplify this and other tools that help both customers and users in decision-making," explains Diego González, founder of PixiePixel.

"It is one of the most complete and powerful tools that exists, allowing in depth analysis of the real estate market. The collaboration between Fotocasa and PixiePixel has created a window to better decision-making thanks to the wide spectrum of reliable and relevant information in DataVenues,"continues Jose Manuel Merino.

The tool includes up-to-date data for both supply and demand, and the valuation of properties and the evolution of pricing, both for sale and for rent across Spain. Therefore, it allows an in-depth analysis and understanding of supply and demand with information available for both new and second-hand construction, homes, garages, storage rooms, premises and offices.

DataVenues makes Big Data available and transparent to the Spanish real estate sector, combining supply and demand data from all Adevinta Spain real estate data sources, as well as real estate, sociodemographic and economic indicators from the land registry, tax agency, the National Institute of Statistics and the Ministry of the Ministry of Transport, mobility and urban agenda, among others.
