Aditya Vision Limited announced that Mr. Anant Upadhyay, Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 20, 2022, the reason was his personal and unavoidable. Accordingly, ceased from the membership of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
