Cilag GmbH International acquired 17.44% stake in Adjuvant Cosme Japan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4929) from a major shareholder and others on July 11, 2016. The major shareholder sold its entire 14.43% stake as a part of the transaction and subsequently, Cilag GmbH will become the the second major shareholder in Adjuvant Cosme Japan.
Cilag GmbH International completed the acquisition of 17.44% stake in Adjuvant Cosme Japan Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4929) from a major shareholder and others on July 11, 2016.
Adjuvant Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Adjuvant Cosme Japan Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the planning, research, development and sale of adjuvant cosmetics, and the provision of related services. The Company is engaged in the provision of skin care products such as cleansings, facial cleanser, lotions, masks, moisturizing creams, makeup bases, makeup products and body care products, hair care products such as shampoos, treatments, scalp cleansers, scalp lotions, styling products and coloring products, as well as other products such as cloud-based management support systems and computer software related products.
