Adnoc Drilling Company PJSC is an United Arab Emirates based entity which is primarily engaged in providing drilling services and supporting marine equipment services. The Company’s services include hiring out of onshore and offshore drilling rigs to related parties involved in onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration. The Company has four segments which include Onshore, Offshore Jackup, Offshore Island and Oil Field Services (OFS). Onshore segment has land rigs, water wells, work over rigs deployed mainly across Onshore with a few rigs also assigned to other concessions within the group. Offshore Jackup with owned Jackups and some rentals predominantly meeting the Company’s Offshore drilling needs with a few rigs also assigned to other concessions within the group. Offshore Island rigs segment representing the Island part of Offshores’ requirement. Oil Field Services (OFS) segment is created for providing other services
