"At Adobe, every day is a new experience. The vibrant culture and warmth of the people draw you in. For me, the experience is very personal. I transformed as a person during my time here. The opportunity to work with an incredibly supportive team on impactful projects has allowed me to grow as a professional. Adobe has truly changed the way I approach work and I have come a long way since I joined Adobe 4 and half years ago.

"When I joined Adobe in 2015, I came with 10 years of experience and a one-year career break. I had taken a sabbatical for starting up a new business with my husband and we had a new-born to take care of. Once I decided to get back to work, I braced myself for the challenges that lay ahead. I knew my sabbatical would not be taken too kindly and I would be subjected to a lot of criticism and judgment. However, Adobe was an entirely different experience.

When I was interviewed at Adobe, I was taken aback that there were no questions asked about my career break. At Adobe, no one judges you for taking time off from work. Your talent is all that matters. It is especially empowering for us women in tech to find this type of acceptance and understanding. Adobe not only gave me the opportunities I needed but also invested in my learning. It is also an organisation where leaders emerge organically. If you have the skills and ability to lead, nothing can stop you!"

"I began my journey with Adobe in 2017, and the last five years have been invigorating to say the least. When I started straight out of college, I knew immediately that I was working with the tech industry's best creators and thinkers. I realized that I was part of a community that dreams up ground-breaking ideas and strives to make them real.

I work with diverse colleagues who appreciate me for who I am and what I bring to the table. And that's not all. Your skills are not limited. You get to follow your dreams and experiment with whatever makes you curious. I have been able to take up exciting projects that allowed me to forge a career path that was uniquely mine. For example, I decided to pursue a Master's in Data Science from BITS Pilani, because I harboured a deep interest in it. The course was sponsored by Adobe, making it the highlight of my time here so far!"

Kalpana Sharma, Computer Scientist

"When I joined in 2017, I knew nothing about its culture, but Adobe has a way of making you feel at home. From the first day, my team instilled in me a sense of belonging. Flash forward to 2022, I find myself working for a company that has helped me express myself-both professionally and personally.

Adobe has given me the right opportunities to accelerate my growth as a computer scientist, and the way the company opens new doors for you is unparalleled. My teammates count on me for support in new endeavours because we are taught to be collaborate above all else.

What I love about Adobe is that your ideas are valued, and people listen to what you have to say. I also get to mentor new employees and share my ideas with them. The proudest moment for me was when I became an Adobe Premier Pro virtual trainer and taught a group of 114 people how to create impactful videos. I was allowed to follow my passions, and not limit my skillset."
