On March 1, 2022, ADT Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company's press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

Common Stock Dividends

On March 1, 2022, the Company announced a dividend of $0.035 per share to holders of the Company's common stock and Class B common stock of record on March 17, 2022. The dividend will be distributed on April 4, 2022.

Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Company will hold its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, virtually, on May 25, 2022. The record date for the meeting is March 30, 2022. Further details regarding the meeting will be included in the notice and proxy materials delivered to the Company's stockholders of record entitled to vote at the meeting and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
