Advance Equity Holding AD (Advans Equity Holding AD Sofia) is a Bulgaria-based private equity company that specializes in the incorporation of new companies, as well as in the acquisition, appraisal and managing of shares and bonds in existing private companies. It is engaged in the structuring and management of portfolio of companies engaged in different industries: fishing and farming, financial services, real estate operations, oil and gas marketing, and others. The Holding’s portfolio includes Bulgarian companies, such as Agro Tera Sever AD (Agro Terra North), SEP Bulgaria AD, Energy Invest EAD, Energy Efekt EAD (Energy Effect EAD), Project Estate EOOD, Spidi net AD (Speedy Net AD), SEP Service EAD and Advance Energy 1 OOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Advance Equity Holding AD with a stake of 99.8%.
