6th June 2013 - Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced), a market leading business applications and services provider, will preview the latest version of its Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite on stand H50 at the HR Software Show at Olympia, London on 19 and 20 June 2013.

Advanced will demonstrate the newest capabilities of its award winning solutions, OpenHR and OpenPeople, which include mobile HR, talent management, payroll, workforce management, analytics and salary planning.

OpenPlanning, Advanced's salary planning solution can be used for salary reviews, 'what if' scenarios and has multi-currency functionality. Budgeting cycles are reduced and visibility is improved.

Advanced has introduced a new e-learning management system to its talent management offer, which provides organisations with an integrated online platform to host and launch e-learning courses. The system improves compliance with regulatory requirements and delivers centrally accessible learning, allowing employees and employers to communicate and track progress.

The latest version of OpenPeople features comprehensive Pensions Auto-Enrolment management functionality, enabling organisations to meet statutory requirements and streamline the associated administrative processes. A key component of this is integration with V1's document management solution, an Advanced partner also showcased on H50, for the automatic electronic filing of employee mail-merged communications.

A more recent addition to the Advanced suite is analytics tool, Intuitive Dashboards.  It enables users to visualise OpenHR and OpenPeople data in easily absorbed graphical formats allowing operational intervention when it matters. Detailed insights into HR processes are delivered supporting organisation planning.

Advanced is exhibiting alongside two other key partners at the show - RealFlair and Advorto. Attendees will have the opportunity to see how RealFlair's Workforce Optimisation solution, a sophisticated web-based solution helps manage complex staff rostering needs, and how Advorto's online recruitment solutions provide access to an increased talent pool and reduced costs.

Finally, Advanced will host a seminar, 'Managing HR in Mid-Sized Organisations: thankless task or exciting opportunity?' on 19 June from 9:15-9:45 on stand H50.  It will focus on why HR should take a strategic role within an organisation with its rightful place on board, leading strategies around talent acquisition, performance management, and the role technology plays in achieving this.
